Before you use TEMPLAR RISE, please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TEMPLAR RISE ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a daily habit-building and personal discipline application operated by TEMPLAR HABITS S.A.P.I. de C.V. (in formation), organized under the laws of Mexico. For legal inquiries: legal@templarrise.com
TEMPLAR RISE is a digital tool for habit tracking, personal motivation, and daily routine support. It is designed exclusively as a general wellness and self-improvement aid.
IMPORTANT: TEMPLAR RISE is NOT a medical, clinical, therapeutic, or mental health application. It does not provide medical diagnoses, psychological assessments, or health advice. All content — including exercise routines, meditation guides, sleep suggestions, and AI Coach responses — is for general informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for any health concerns.
By accessing or using TEMPLAR RISE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TEMPLAR RISE.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use TEMPLAR RISE. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
TEMPLAR RISE offers a 10-day free trial with full access to all app features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, continued use requires selecting a paid plan.
All charges are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. TEMPLAR RISE does not store your payment card information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal through your app store account settings. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a current billing period, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
THIS SECTION LIMITS OUR LIABILITY TO YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
TEMPLAR RISE is a habit-support tool. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including weight loss, improved fitness, better sleep, increased productivity, or mental health improvement. Results depend entirely on each user's individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.
Nothing in the App constitutes medical, psychological, nutritional, financial, legal, or other professional advice. All content is for general informational and motivational purposes only.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMPLAR RISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to TEMPLAR RISE in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The AI Coach feature is not available at this time. This section describes the terms that will apply once the feature is released.
The AI Coach (not available at this moment) is a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It is not a human professional and does not replace any certified advisor, physician, psychologist, personal trainer, or life coach. AI Coach responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely solely on AI Coach recommendations for important decisions. Conversations with the AI Coach do not create a confidential or privileged professional relationship.
All intellectual property rights in the App — including source code, design, the TEMPLAR RISE name and logo, content, routines, and features — are the exclusive property of TEMPLAR RISE or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the App or any of its components.
You agree not to use TEMPLAR RISE to:
TEMPLAR RISE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or engage in conduct harmful to the App or its users. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings menu.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email at least 15 days before the effective date. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication for 30 calendar days. For users in the EU or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection rights, those rights are not waived by these Terms.
Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
No Waiver. Failure by TEMPLAR RISE to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and TEMPLAR RISE regarding the App.
